Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

Please note: Colour may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. There may also be slight color variation between batches of the same product.

We inspect all items before sending them out to ensure that they are not defective.

In the case of an event where an item has been damaged in Transit, you must first email us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@artisanexquisite.com, with the image of the damaged product and your order number. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Refunds can take up to 3-7 business days.
